How often should I wash my hair extensions?

We strongly suggest co-washing your hair before installing. When co-washing your hair you should use a moisturizing conditioner to wash the hair. Rinse the hair with cold water and let the hair air dry. For maintenance we suggest washing your hair once a week with sulfate free products.

How many bundles do i need for a full sew in?

We suggest 2 bundles for 12-16", 3 bundles for 18-24", and 4 bundles for 26+30". Please check with your stylist for the particular style you have in mind.

What is the quality of  your hair extensions?

Our hair extensions are 100% Virgin hair and will last up to two years if  properly cared for.

Coloring your virgin hair extensions?

All our virgin hair can be colored and lightened to the shade of your choice. Because this is human hair we suggest you treat it just as you would your own. Please seek a professional stylist if you are not educated on how to color the hair yourself.

What is your return policy or exchange policy?

Sewphisticated hair is quality inspected before shipping and cannot be returned. All hair products are Final Sale and cannot be returned due to Federal laws regarding health and sanitation.

How long does shipping usually take?

After order is processed, shipping takes about 3-5 business days.
